I usually peruse USAToday.com while I eat my lunch and today they had printed all of the following...ahem..."stories"...

Anthony Anderson, the rotund comedic co-star of Kangaroo Jack and the original Barbershop, made a brief court appearance Thursday to say he understands that he is accused of rape and has a lawyer.

Rape - not funny. "...rotund comedic co-star of Kangaroo Jack..." - funny.

Paris Hilton tells Us Weekly that her psychic advised her to break up with Nick Carter. "She thought I should be alone, and I agreed with her."

And yet nothing regarding "The Simple Life" (1 & 2) and the sex tape?

The Miss America pageant is pulling the plug on its talent competition, eliminating the amateurish two-minute routines that have come to feature cheesy stunts such as tractor driving and trampoline jumping.

But that was totally the ONLY reason to watch. Where else do you get to see daredevil baton twirling and xylophone playing?

Amy Fisher, the former gun-toting teen who spent seven years in prison for shooting her lover's wife in the face, has an autobiography called If I Knew Then... due out in the fall.

2 - Good for her for learning from her mistakes and moving on with her life and for advising others to pay attention to the warning signs.
