What is it about the full moon that makes all the loonies come out? And they always seem to email me at work with their crazy questions within hours of each other?

What was up with that guy stuck in traffic next to me this morning - driving with the top down on his convertible, yet he had all the windows up – except for the driver’s side door window.

Why oh why do I get the most annoying songs stuck in my head? I mean who wants to listen to “I Love Trash!” (Aerosmith’s cover version) all day long?

What is up with people’s sense of entitlement? Of course with those same people it is always all about them. Is there some camp in the mountains we can send them all to be deprogrammed?

Isn’t it amazing how certain smells can bring you right back to a specific memory?

And speaking of comfort foods – why don’t they have more drive-through Starbucks in the world? That is just the ultimate indulgent convenience.

Why do birds suddenly appear every time you are near? (another one stuck in my head all day)

Isn’t it comforting to know that at any time of the day you can watch some version of “Law and Order”

There is just nothing better to coming home to the sounds of a happy family, and they are all so happy to see you.
