"Head...Shoulders...Knees and...SOCKS!"

So we just had a MASSIVE thunderstorm tear through here with hail and strong winds and lots of thunder and lightening. It was pretty scary - and I was sitting in the same exact spot during Hurricane Isabel, which wasn't as bad as this storm was.

So I just finished my laundry, and we have resumed our regularly scheduled lives. This includes our psycho-kitty who will randomly pee in our bedroom. She will do this right in front of me. What's up with that? At least this is not a daily occurance, but it is very upsetting and annoying. Ok all you cat haters...say what you will... but putting her to sleep is not an option. Last time this occurred, it appeared to be related to a broken tooth (I still cringe when I think about how long she suffered with that one!). I'm not sure how to deal with this, but we'll figure it out.

In the meantime, I've just watched the American Idol finale - eh...not so impressed - Seacrest get out! Thank goodness the power didn't go out, because then we wouldn't be able to vote, and that would be racist! Time to snuggle up with Spouse and some Ben and Jerry's (that new Dublin Mudslide flavor ROCKS!) and watch the 24 finale!!!!
