"Head...Shoulders...Knees and...SOCKS!"

Child, Spouse, and I just returned from Child's first swim class! There was some confusion when we arrived because the class catalog said 11am, and the swim passes said 10:30, so we got there super early - but it was just more time in the pool for Child!

It was a lot of fun, they had rubber duckies for each of the kids to play with, and of course Child grabbed one and held on to it and chewed onto it the entire hour! He was pretty fearless about walking into the pool and enjoyed sitting and kicking and moving around. AND we got to play with pool noodles! By the end of class he was ready to go - and he fell asleep pretty soon after we got in the car to go home. Spouse stayed upstairs to watch what was going on through the big windows overlooking the pool and bonded with the other moms. He was telling me their observations throughout the hour and I'm looking forward to watching him in the pool next time!

Whoops...sounds like the little one's up from his nap - lunchtime!
