"Head...Shoulders...Knees and...SOCKS!"

So the following things happened around me today within a two hour time span:

- Our kid nearly got his hand slammed in the car door this morning when I was dropping him off at school.
- A bicyclist (or two) got hit by a bus (or SUV) outside my office building, so the entire block was shut down while they got the injured out and to the ER.
- Literally as soon as that was over, an ambulance pulled up to our building because someone fell on the stairs and hit their head, and had to be taken to the ER.
- The building next door to us had to evacuate (we're assuming that it was just a fire drill, since we didn't have to go anywhere).

There was just some bad mojo going on this morning.
